How should I use keywords?

Use keywords that are as specific as possible. For example, if you want to search about a page, use the “word page” not “a pages” “and pages” etc…

If you find that your search has returned too many results you might want to consider refining your search. You can refine your search by adding other keywords to your search or by using the handy keyword tool that can filter your results to make them more accurately reflect the information you are looking for. The filters can be found to the top of your results.

FAHR transfers knowledge to 3 international delegations

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) recently received 3 official delegations from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, State of Kuwait, and Republic of Kazakhstan, which were briefed on the pioneering experience of the United Arab Emirates in the field of government work, human capital development and empowerment, and the UAE Government’s best practices In terms of creating an attractive work environment for skilled human resources and top talent.

The Saudi delegation was represented by a delegation from the Ministry of Civil Service, while State of Kuwait and Republic of Kazakhstan were represented by National Center for Education Development and Civil Service Agency, respectively.

His Excellency Dr. Abdulrahman Abdel Manan Al-Awar, Director General of the Authority welcomed the visiting delegations, stressing that this kind of  international visits reflects the distinguished place that the UAE has reached in terms of government work efficiency, as well as implementation of world-class smart systems in human capital management and development.

“Similarly, the visits reflect the keenness of the countries in the region to benefit from the Emirate's experience in this field,” he noted.

The Director General added: “The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources has become an important destination and reference for many   institutions from the UAE and abroad in implementing advanced HR policies, legislation and systems. It transferred knowledge during the past year to 36 internal and external delegations visiting the Authority to have a close look into the best experiences and practices adopted in the field of developing and managing federal human capital. They got acquainted with the Authority’s most important initiatives aimed at empowering human resources in ministries and federal entities.”

He emphasized that the HR legislation, policies, regulations and initiatives successively launched at the Federal Government level had greatly helped  strengthening the UAE's competitiveness, and upgrading the institutional work system in ministries and federal agencies, as well as enhancing the attractiveness of their work environment.

The guests listened to an explanation from the Authority team about the most important achievements made by the Authority, and the initiatives that it launched over the past years to develop and empower human resources. The guests also reviewed the Authority’s operational plan 2020, and got acquainted with its key initiatives and projects, especially those based on utilizing artificial intelligence technologies and the Fourth Industrial Revolution solutions.

Delegates also got acquainted with many of the electronic human resources systems launched by the Authority at the Federal Government level, including: the electronic systems under the HR Management Information System (Bayanati). Such as e-Employment System, HR Information System, Job Evaluation & Description System,  Strategic Manpower Planning, Smart Statistical Reporting System, Training Programs Bank,  Smart Goals Bank, as well as the major training initiatives launched by the Authority at the Federal Government level and the e-Training Portal "Al Mawrid"..

The visiting delegations praised the remarkable efforts made by the Authority in terms of proposing and launching human resources policies, legislation and initiatives to boost the Federal Government employees’ efficiency, develop their capabilities, and increase their productivity, in a way that contributes to achieving the aspirations of the wise leadership, the  UAE Vision 2021 and its national agenda.

Alongside HE Dr. Abdulrahman Abdel Manan Al-Awar, Director General of the Authority, the visiting delegations were received by HE Aisha Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of HR Policies Sector, HE Laila Obaid Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of Programs and HR Planning Sector, HE Ibrahim Fikry, Executive Director of Support Services Sector, and a number of sector and department directors in the Authority.
