The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), commemorated Flag Day in response to the initiative of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to celebrate the national occasion, in conjunction with 15th anniversary of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa's accession as President of the UAE.
Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Director General of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, congratulated His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, on the 15th anniversary of his inauguration.
HE said: “His Highness’s commitment to, and close follow up of all matters concerning the welfare of his citizens have had the greatest impact in promoting the global leadership of the UAE in many areas and sectors. Our country has made, thanks to his guidance and wise leadership, outstanding achievements at various levels levels, and ranks among top nations in the world.”
Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar praised the Flag Day initiative launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, which aims to boost the national spirit, values of loyalty to homeland and strengthen social cohesion among nationals and residents.
The event was attended by HE Aisha Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of HR Policy Sector, HE Laila Obaid Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of Programs and HR Planning Sector, and HE Ibrahim Ahmed Fikri, Executive Director of Support Services Sector, department directors and Authority employees.
