The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources renewed its call to all ministries and federal entities to educate their employees, and urge them to adhere to the circulars and guidelines issued by the authority, concerning health precautionary measures, to limit the spread of Covid -19, and to maintain physical distancing between employees, in accordance with the guideline issued by the Authority, regarding the office work environment and attendance from workplaces in light of emergency circumstances and related circulars, in addition to health precautionary measures issued by the competent authorities in the country, which must be followed by employees to prevent the spread of epidemics among them, and to maintain public health.
The Authority issued a guideline; to all federal authorities, when dealing with employees not adhering to the precautionary measures to limit the spread of epidemics, to ensure compliance to the implemented procedures, emphasizing the need for Human Resources Departments in federal entities to follow the guideline in accordance with the principles established in the Federal Government's Human Resources Law and its implementing regulations.
The Authority mentioned in a special circular its intention to conduct three virtual workshops for managers and Human Resources and concerned officials in all Ministries And Federal Entities, with the aim of supporting these entities, enabling them to properly implement the guideline procedures, to clarify its implementation mechanisms; ensure the safety and protection of employees and customers from the spread of epidemics.
